The SAA named their 2022 All-SAA men's lacrosse team Tuesday, as voted by the league's coaches. Two Centre Colonels earned postseason awards, with Will Hubbs taking Offensive Player of the Year and Graham Robbins grabbing Defensive Player of the Year. David Hart of Rhodes earned Newcomer of the Year acoolades, with Birmingham-Southern head coach Casey Kear garnering Coach of the Year.

Hubbs led one of the best scoring offenses in the league, a Colonel group that averaged 11.6 goals per game. He accrued averages of 3.29 goals per game and 4.29 points per game on the season. He placed first in the conference (and 37th in the nation) in the former and third in the league in the latter. He scored 46 goals and tallied 14 assists on the year for a total of 60 points.

Robbins led a defense that allowed just 10.3 goals per game, a total that helped the Colonels finish second in the league in scoring margin (1.27). Robbins tallied 15 caused turnovers and 26 ground balls on the season as part of that effort.

Hart started all 18 games for the Lynx in his freshman season, tallying three goals. He was also outstanding defensively, accruing 57 ground balls and 22 caused turnovers on the campaign.

Kear led his Panthers to a 12-4 overall record on the season and a 5-1 mark in conference play, earning the No. 2 seed in the SAA Tournament. He led a team that finished first in the league in scoring offense (15 goals per game), scoring defense (8.31 allowed per game) and scoring margin (6.69).
