GREENWOOD, Ind. - The Academic All-America Team selected by College Sports Communicators were selected this afternoon, boasting two Southern Athletic Association athletes.

The SAA saw two institution members of the second team All-America. From Trinity, Samuel Theiss and from Southwestern Raghav Sharma.

Theiss is a Business Analystics major with a GPA of 3.96 as a junior and Sharma studies Kinesiology with a 3.89 GPA in his senior year. Both athletes have been standouts for the SAA and their institutions all season long. Theiss led his team to the national championship where they captured the national runner-up title and Sharma was a nuisance on defense all year long and earned the honor of SAA Defensive Athlete of the Year.

The Division III Academic All-America® program is being financially supported by the NCAA Division III national governance structure to assist
CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2025-26 Division III Academic All-America® program.
