CANTON, Ga. (March 26, 2025) – Southern Athletic Association men’s and women’s basketball teams combined to earn 32 spots on the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District list, it was recently announced.
Three student-athletes were advanced to the Academic All-America ballot. Lilly Reid of Centre and Garin Freeman of Millsaps will be on the women’s basketball ballot while Tre Corrigan from Sewanee is a men’s nominee.
The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2024-25 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs. The NAIA CSC Academic All-America® program is partially financially supported through the NAIA governance structure.
