GREENWOOD, Ind. - The Academic All-America Team selected by College Sports Communicators were selected this afternoon, boasting two Southern Athletic Association athletes.
The SAA saw two members on this year's Academic All-America Team, Madie Whitehead of Berry and Reagan Whatley of Trinity.
Whitehead is a junior and carved her way to first team accolades after posting a 3.93 GPA. Whatley was named to the second team as she majors in neuroscience and has a GPA of 3.70. Both athletes have been standouts and led their teams to NCAA postseason runs.
The Division III Academic All-America® program is being financially supported by the NCAA Division III national governance structure to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2025-26 Division III Academic All-America® program.
