CANTON, Ga. - The Centre Colonels and Trinity Tigers have made a statement early by being named to the D3baseball.com Top 25.
Trinity comes in at No. 9 after a 41-10 record last season and Centre holds at No. 17 with their 32-11 overall record.
In 2025, the Colonels entered the top 25 in early March and stayed there for the rest of the season, reaching as high as a no. 12 national ranking as they finished with a 32-11 overall record and ended the season ranked no. 18 in the country.
The Tigers finished the 2025 slate after winning the NCAA Regional and Super Regional. After falling to Wisconsin-Whitewater and Rowan University in the NCAA DIII World Series, Trinity ranked No. 6 nationally.
