Eskteen of Rhodes named SAA Women’s Swimmer of the Week

ATLANTA (Nov. 26, 2019) – The Southern Athletic Association (SAA) has announced that Sinead Eskteen of Rhodes has been named the SAA Women's Swimming and Diving Student-Athlete of the Week.

Eskteen won the 200 Free (1:49.0), 500 Free (4:53.9), and 200 Backstroke (2:02.0) at the Sewanee Igloo Invitational. She was also part of the Lynx winning relay teams in the 200 and 400 Free along with the 200 Medlay Relay. All three relays set pool and meet records.

Additionally, her 200 and 500 Free individual times, along with her 200 backstroke mark are currently the fastest times in the SAA. Finally, her 200 and 500 Free times were both school records and are currently the fastest times in the NCAA Division III at those distances.
