2026 Women's Lacrosse Standings
SCHOOL SAA CPCT. OVERALL PCT. HOME AWAY NEUTRAL STREAK

Tournament Seeding: The seeds for the SAA Women’s Lacrosse Tournament shall be determined based on each team’s finish in the final regular season standings. Standings are determined based on the team’s conference winning percentage. The regular season champion shall earn the top seed in the tournament. If two or more teams are tied on top of the standings, co-regular season champions will be named and the below tie-breaking procedure will determine seeds.

In the event of a tie for any place in the standings, the following procedures shall be used to break the tie. In the case of ties among three or more teams, the criteria shall be applied in order until a team is pulled out. At that point, the procedure reverts back to step No. 1 to continue ranking the remainder.

Tie-breaking procedure:

  1. Head-to-head competition between the tied teams (official SAA games only, if teams play each other more than once).

  2. Goal differential between the tied teams with a maximum of a six-goal differential.

  3. The team with the highest goal differential will be pulled into the higher seed for the tied teams.

  4. Conference goal differential with a maximum of a six-goal difference.

  5. Coin toss or draw by the conference commissioner
