ATLANTA (March 22, 2021) - The Southern Athletic Association (SAA) has announced that Hannah Derouen and Lindsey Osbon of Millsaps have been named the SAA Softball Player and Pitcher of the week honorees.

SAA Pitcher of the Week - Hannah Derouen - Millsaps
In six innings, Derouen recorded a complete game, five-hit shutout against Rhodes. The  sophomore from Lake Charles, La., did not surrender a walk in the contest while striking out five.

SAA Player of the Week - Lindsey Osbon - Millsaps
Osbon played a crucial role in helping the Millsaps softball team post three SAA victories against Rhodes. In four games, she combined for 10 RBI, three runs, while going 7-for-15 at the plate. Osbon had multiple hits in two games and had at least two RBI in each contest. That included three RBI in both games, Sunday.

Additionally, she had five doubles, a stolen base, and slugged .800.
