The SAA has named quarterback Tucker Horn of Trinity, linebacker Court Coley of Birmingham-Southern and returner Cyrus McCullough of Sewanee their football players of the week, as selected by the league office.

SAA Offensive Player of the Week: Tucker Horn, Trinity
Horn led the Tigers to another lopsided win to open the season, completing 30-38 through the air for 298 yards and five touchdowns. He piled up those numbers in just three quarters of the team's 51-14 road win over Texas Lutheran University. Horn's 30 completions is a new career-high and he is the first Trinity player in 12 years to complete that many passes in a game. This season, Horn is sporting a QB efficiency rating of 227.5 in two games, completing 82% (50-61) of his passes for 625 yards and 11 touchdowns.

SAA Defensive Player of the Week: Court Coley, Birmingham-Southern
Coley totaled three-and-a-half sacks among his six total tackles in the Panthers' 55-6 victory over Arkansas Baptist on Saturday.

SAA Special Teams Player of the Week: Cyrus McCullough, Sewanee
Cyrus McCullough posted 231 all-purpose yards in Sewanee's contest against Westminster. He had 96 on a kick return, 41 on punt returns and 94 receiving yards. The senior also added three touchdown receptions on offense.
