The SAA named Daniel Trudell of Rhodes their men's singles tennis player of the week, and Hendrix's Agustin Kalinowski and Eric Meyne their men's doubles tennis players of the week Friday. The award was voted on by the league's coaches.

Daniel Trudell went 2-0 this past weekend getting wins at No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles against D2 CBU. In doubles Trudell teamed with David Phillips to defeat Seth Macute and Alonso Reid 6-4. In singles Trudell defeated Javier Flores 6-3, 6-3.

Agustin Kalinowski and Eric Meyne won both of their doubles matches against D2 Dallas Baptist University and NAIA John Brown University. Against DBU it was a well fought match with one break of serve that we took early and closed the win out 8-5 against Garrido and Mckenzie. Against JBU we got broken in the first game and then took the next 5 ultimately winning 8-3 against Dick and Woodring.
