Doran scored the game-winning goal in the 35th minute against Dallas on Friday afternoon, then knocked in the first goal of the game against MIT to put the Tigers up 1-0 at the time. After producing an assist in each of the first two games of the year, Doran was able to get her first two goals of the 2025 season over the weekend and now leads the team with six points in the first four games.

Defense:
Kate Hill | Berry | SO | Flowery Branch, GA – A sophomore goalkeeper from Flowery Branch, Georgia, Hill put up an amazing performance against No. 4 Emory recording a season high 13 saves.

Notable Performances:

Offense
  • Claire Cavacini | Centre | SO | Fort Thomas, KY – Claire Cavacini tallied 5 shots in 2 Centre wins over the weekend including a late goal in Centre's 2-0 win at DePauw on Sunday. She now has 3 goals in the Colonels' first 4 matches.
  • Cregar Harlow | Oglethorpe | SR | Roswell, GA – Oglethorpe's Harlow Cregar posted her second two-goal game of the season just three games in, helping the Stormy Petrels pick up their third straight win to start the 2025 campaign. She scored in the 30th minute of Friday's road game against Piedmont to break a scoreless deadlock, then she doubled the lead on another goal in the 87th minute. Both goals came from range, and they brought her to four goals on the season.
  • Alex Bremond | Millsaps | JR | Slidell, LA – Millsaps junior women's soccer forward Alex Bremond had a strong week, helping the Majors split two road games. Bremond had a hand in all three goals in a 3-1 win at Huntingdon on Wednesday by scoring once and assisting twice. She tallied two shot attempts with one on net, while adding a shot attempt at LeTourneau in 3-0 defeat on Saturday.
  • Kirby Aurelia | Rhodes | FR | Charleston, WV – Freshman Aurelia Kirby had a breakout week for the Lynx, scoring the first two goals of her collegiate career to lead Rhodes to a perfect 2-0 weekend. In the team’s dominant 5-0 win over Covenant, Kirby found the back of the net in the 54th minute off an assist from Abby Bell. She carried that momentum into the 2-1 victory over Maryville, scoring the game-winning goal in the 23rd minute. Across the two matches, Kirby totaled two goals on five shots, including her first career game-winner, helping Rhodes improve to 4-0-1 on the season while remaining undefeated.
  • Lindsey Gomez | Southwestern | SO | Weatherford, TX – Gomez scored the game winning goal against Belhaven on Friday night in the 85th minute. Gomez snapped a header into the corner and finished with two shots on goal.

Defense
  • Madeline Redmon | Centre | FR | Winchester, KY – Freshman keeper, Madeline Redmon, stopped all 4 shots faced over the weekend as Centre to record her first career shutouts as the Colonels blanked Wilmington and DePauw to improve to 4-0-0 on the season, the team's best start since 2022
  • Abby Bell | Rhodes | FR | Atlanta, GA – Freshman defender anchored the Lynx defense across two dominant performances, leading Rhodes to a 5-0 shutout over Covenant and a 2-1 victory over Maryville. Bell was a steady presence on the backline, limiting Covenant to just seven total shots and keeping Maryville’s attack under control in a tightly contested match. Offensively, she also made a significant impact, recording two assists over the weekend — including helping set up Aurelia Kirby’s goal against Covenant — showcasing her versatility on both sides of the ball. Playing a full 90 minutes against Maryville, Bell’s composure, leadership, and ability to organize the defense were critical to Rhodes’ strong start, as the Lynx improved to 4-0-1 on the season.
  • Laney Kalsu | Sewanee | SO | Austin, TX – Kalsu anchored the back line in a scoreless draw at Transylvania. The Tigers allowed just five total shots, two on goal, by the Pioneers. Sewanee's back line has given up only one goal in three matches so far this season.
  • EJ Searfoss | Southwestern | FR | Bakersfield, CA – Searfoss was flawless in her first two career starts as a freshman. She had two clean slates against Belhaven and East Texas Baptist University. Searfoss finished the weekend with five saves.
