Singles:
Roshin Kamath | Trinity | SO | League City, TX – Kamath led the #14 men's tennis team in its opening weekend against non-Division III competition in Abilene, Texas. Kamath won his only completed singles match 7-5, 6-3 against Division II Lubbock Christian, scoring the only point of the match for the Tigers. He also was tied 2-2 in the opening set of the match against Division I Abilene Christian and was in a third set against Tyler Junior College when both team matches were clinched to leave the rest unfinished.
Doubles:
Max Verellen | High Point, NC / Lucas Wrigley | Ocean Springs, MS (Sewanee) - Max Verellen and Lucas Wrigley went 2-0 this weekend against Division I and II competitors. Against Carson Newman, they rolled to a 6-3 win at line three in 29 minutes and a 6-2 win against DI Gardner-Webb at three in 24 minutes.

Singles:
- Henry Hyden | Sewanee | JR | Daniel Island, SC – Henry Hyden won a critical match for the Tigers this weekend against Carson Newman, as he collected a 6-2, 1-6, 7-6 (7), match at line two. Hyden pulled out the third set tie breaker, 9-7, in a two hour match, proving to be a vital point for the Tigers who won the match 4-3.
- Nathan Qi | Southwestern | SR | Austin, TX – Senior Nathan Qi secured a key No. 1 singles win in the Pirates’ 6–1 victory over East Texas Baptist, cruising to a 6–2 first set before clinching the match 6-2. Qi’s performance at the top of the lineup helped set the tone for the win. He is currently ranked No. 41 nationally and No. 10 regionally, reinforcing his status as one of the conference’s top competitors.
Doubles:
- Roshin Kamath | SO | Clear Springs, TX / Ethan Flores | JR | Houston, TX (Trinity) - Kamath and Flores teamed up for one win in three doubles matches for 14th-ranked Trinity men's tennis over the weekend. The duo lost 6-4 to both Division II Lubbock Christian and Division I Abilene Christian, then rallied for a 7-6 (8-6) win in an exhibition match against Tyler Junior College.
