Trinity Holds Lead in SAA for Winter Learfield Directors' Cup Standings

CLEVELAND - The Trinity Tigers lead the Southern Athletic Association in the Winter 25-26 Directors' Cup Standings. The ranking recognizes the best all-around performance by institutions with points awarded based on each team’s finish at NCAA Championships.


Trinity sits in ninth overall with 527.50 points while next in the SAA is Berry in 48th place with 228 points and then Centre with 186 points in 64th place. Rhodes rounds out the top 100 for the Southern Athletic Association currently in 84th place with 150.50 points.

The Learfield Directors’ Cup was developed as a joint effort between the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) and USA Today. Points are awarded based on each institution's finish in NCAA Championships.
