CANTON, Ga. – A trio of SAA women’s golf teams were in action last week, covering three different events. Rhodes traveled to Massachusetts for the Williams Invitational, taking 12
th place. Millsaps was eighth at the Mary Hardin-Baylor Legends Cup and Berry was third at the Tennessee Wesleyan Fall Invitational.

Athletes of the Week:
Annie Piggott | Millsaps | Senior | Lindsay, Ontario - secured a runner-up finish at the Legends Cup in Kingsland, Texas on Tuesday. Piggott finished +2 after two rounds of competition (71-75--146) at Legends Golf Club on Lake LBJ. The Lindsay, Ontario, product carded four birdies and earned her eighth top-five performance of her collegiate career. She was narrowly defeated on the third playoff hole in hopes of claiming the overall win. Piggott was named to the Legends Cup All-Tournament Team.
Notable Performances:
- Sydney Bowes (Berry) - finished 8th overall at the TWU Fall Invitational this past week. Across both her rounds she shot a 78 (+6) and a 74 (+2). Her round two score moved her up four places to into the top-10. The senior carded two birdies overall and led the team to a third-place finish.
