Athletes of the Week:  
Swimming:  
Caroline Lee | Centre | SR | Nicholasville, KY – At the Berry College Invite on Friday, Caroline Lee won the 100-yard backstroke, the 50-yard freestyle and the 100-yard freestyle. She also swam the anchor leg in Centre's win in the 200-yard medley relay, which the Colonels won by over 2 seconds. At Saturday's Sewanee Relays, Lee swam anchor in Centre's 2nd place finish in the 400 IM. She led off in a 3rd place effort in the 200 back and also finished 3rd in the 500 crescendo and swam anchor on Centre's 5th place in the 200 mixed medley. 

Diving:  
Erin Dannemiller | Centre | JR | Cincinnati, OH – Erin Dannemiller won the 3-meter competition in the Centre Diving Invite on Saturday with a total score of 190.80. She also finished 2nd on the 1-meter board with a score of 209.77, just 1.59 points away from the win.

Notable Performances: 

• Ashley Young | Berry | SR – Young helped lead the Vikings in their first meet of the year against Centre and Millsaps. Young won the 200 IM in a time of 2:15.48 and finished second in the 100 Breast with a 1:09.85 and second in the 200 Breast with a time of 2:32.93. Young also helped lead the team to a third place finish in the 200 medley relay with a time of 1:58.73 

• Ada Digby | Sewanee | SO | Elizabethton, TN – Ada Digby opened the 2025–26 season with several strong sprint freestyle performances at the Sewanee Relay Meet on Saturday. Digby anchored Sewanee’s mixed 200 medley relay to a first-place finish, posting a 24.26 split on the 50 freestyle leg as the Tigers touched first in 1:43.01. She also recorded a 24.38 split in the women’s 200 medley relay and a 25.27 flat start in the 500 crescendo relay, contributing to Sewanee’s trio of fourth-place relay finishes on the day.
