CANTON, Ga.  – Andrew Olsen of Sewanee and Justin Toth of Centre both earn their second honor of the season.

Athletes of the Week:  

Swimming:  
Andrew Olsen | Sewanee | SO | Atlanta, GA –Andrew Olsen collected six first-place finishes this weekend for the Tigers. Olsen started the weekend with a personal best and second top time in the SAA in the 200 backstroke, swimming a 1:55.18. He also added another top-five time in the SAA in the 50 free, swimming a 21.58. Olsen capped off the night, contributing to a first-place finish in the 200 free relay with a lead-off time of 21.80. On Saturday, he added three more first-place finishes, including another top time in the SAA, with a 100 back time of 51.84, putting him fourth in conference standing. Olsen also anchored the 200 free relay, securing a first-place finish with a split of 20.84. He collected another first-place finish in the 50 free, swimming a 21.59. 

Diving:  
Justin Toth | Centre | SR | Pensacola, FL – Justin Toth broke a Wabash pool record on the 1-meter board with a score of 336.75 to win the event by 45.15 points. He also finished 2nd on the 3-meter board with a score of 307.25.


Notable Performances:

Swimming

  • Evan Pelletier | Berry | SO | Palm City, FL – A sophomore from Palm City, FL Pelletier led the Vikings in a dual meet against Montevallo. Pelletier started the meet splitting a 48.06 in the 100 free leg of the 400 medley relay as the Vikings won in 3:33.94. Pelletier then won the 50 freestyle in 22.41. Pelletier then finished the 100 freestyle in 49.99. Pelletier then helped the Vikings to a second place finish in the 200 freestyle relay splitting a 21.18 as the team finished with a 1:27.50.
  • Tiernan Moore | Centre | SO | Versailles, KY –Tiernan Moore set a new Wabash pool record in the 100 breaststroke with a winning time of 57.34 seconds. He was the only swimmer in the race to go below 1-minute.  He also won the 200 breaststroke event with a time of 2:08.17.
  • Jack Hester | Trinity | FY | Round Rock, TX– At the Division 3 Shootout meet this weekend Jack Hester had some huge performances. He finished second in the 100 backstroke with a 49.93, then he was even faster leading off the 400 medley relay with a 49.82. That moved him to fourth in Trinity history. Jack also posted a 22.75 to lead off the 200 medley, which was his best-ever 50 back time. He was also fourth in the 200 backstroke with a time of 1:51.21, which is the fifth-fastest time in Trinity history. Individually, Jack swam a 21.49 in the 50 free before ending the meet with a lifetime-best 200 free relay split of 20.75.

Diving

  • Jonah Kearns | Sewanee | FR | Lexington, KY – Freshman Jonah Kearns qualified for NCAA regionals this weekend, sweeping all competition with four first-place finishes. He posted two top-SAA scores on both the 1-meter and 3-meter boards on Friday night. He recorded the top score in the conference on the 1-meter, scoring a 290.18. He added a fourth-ranked score in the SAA on the 3-meter, posting a 269.78. On Saturday, he added two more wins, on the 1-meter, he scored a 289.95, and a 259.28 on the 3-meter. 
  • Max Rolla-Mullis | Trinity | SR | Ann Arbor, MI –Senior Max Rolla-Mullis finished sixth in the three meter board at the 2025 Division 3 Shootout with a score of 210.95. On the one meter board he totaled 199.0 points to finish seventh.
