Ranked No. 10 in the United Soccer Coaches preseason poll, Trinity enters its first SAA season fresh off a dominant run in the SCAC, where the Tigers went unbeaten in conference play, claimed the title, and advanced to the NCAA quarterfinals with wins over Pomona-Pitzer and Scranton. Despite graduating two All-Americans, the Tigers return All-Region standouts Kylie Harris and Bri Werner.
Sewanee, meanwhile, captured its third straight SAA crown last fall with a perfect 6-0 conference record. The Tigers will look to fill the shoes of SAA Offensive Player of the Year and two-time All-American Brianna Fee, as well as four other All-Region selections, including SAA Defensive Player of the Year Ashlyn Richards.
The SAA tournament will begin November 6 in Memphis, Tennessee, hosted by Rhodes College.
