CANTON, Ga. - Four weeks - four times SAA Athletes have been honored on the D3football.com team of the week. For week four, Grant Henderson of Maryville claims the fame.
Henderson led the Scots' defense with 13 total tackles in a 34-30 win against Pikeville. He recorded two tackles for loss and had a key pass breakup to disrupt Pikeville's final drive, helping the Scots secure the win.
All teams, but Maryville and Rhodes had their bye week this past weekend. Now the SAA opens with conference play.
