SAN ANTONIO, Tx. - The 10th-ranked Trinity University Tigers captured their first ever Southern Athletic Association Regular Season Women's Tennis Title yesterday evening.

After beginning the match against Southwestern, the weather was not kind as the teams cancelled the game. The Tigers finished the regular season 5-0 in conference play and 15-1 overall with their lone loss coming in the Fall season against No. 13 Carnegie Mellon (3-4).

Clinching the one-seed in the conference tournament, the Tigers have a bye and will face the winner of the Rhodes and Centre match. 

Trinity is slated to take the court on Saturday, April 25 at 1:00 PM CT in Memphis, Tennessee.
