CANTON, Ga. – Co-Athletes of the week were once again granted for men's golf in week four as three individuals took first place in tournaments.

Parker Tenent | Rhodes | SO | Memphis, TN - Parker Tenent Jr. placed first indivdually during the Rhodes Fall Invitational this past weekend. With twelve overall birdies, Tenent never lost his first place momentum. He carded consecutive scores of 69 (-3) in rounds one and two and finished the tournament off with a 71 (-1) to lead the team to a tournament victory.
James Doyle | Sewanee | FR | Charlotte, N.C. - James Doyle tied for first place at the Whitworth Golf Invitational at Chambers Bay this past weekend, helping the Tigers to a first-place finish in University Place, Washington. Doyle and Prieto were tied for second after the opening round, each carding a three-under-par 69. The duo followed with one-under-par 71s in the final round to finish at four-under-par 140 and tie for first place. Doyle opened the first round with a par before a double bogey on hole two, but responded with three consecutive birdies. The freshman added a par, bogey, par, and birdie to close out the front nine at one-under. The Charlotte, N.C., native opened the back nine with three straight birdies before adding five pars and a bogey on hole 18 to finish with a three-under 69. Doyle started the final round with back-to-back bogeys on holes one and two before adding a birdie on four and an eagle on eight. He then recorded three consecutive bogeys before closing the round with four pars and three birdies to card a one-under 71. Doyle finished at four-under 140 for the tournament, tying for first place.
Drew Prieto | Sewanee | FR | Baton Rouge, LA - Drew Prieto tied for first place at the Whitworth Golf Invitational at Chambers Bay this past weekend, helping the Tigers to a first-place finish in University Place, Washington. Doyle and Prieto were tied for second after the opening round, each carding a three-under-par 69. The duo followed with one-under-par 71s in the final round to finish at four-under-par 140 and tie for first place. Prieto carded two bogeys in the opening round, but added six birdies and nine pars to finish with a three-under 69. In the final round, the Baton Rouge, La. native started with five consecutive pars before adding two bogeys, a birdie, and a double bogey to make the turn at three-over. Prieto responded on the back nine with four birdies and five pars to finish with a one-under 71.
