  • Riley Mastin | Centre | JR | Mount Olivet, KY – In a game where Centre struggled to score from the perimeter, Riley Mastin had an efficient outing inside as he shot 75 percent from the field (6-8) and 86 percent from the free throw line (6-7), leading all players with 18 points to go along with seven rebounds in a 76-58 win for the Colonels.
  • Davion James | Millsaps | JR | Brandon, MS – Millsaps men's basketball junior guard Davion James recorded an excellent start to the season, helping the Majors win both games at the Hawks Classic in Montgomery over the weekend. James averaged 17 points, five rebounds, four steals, four assists and added a block, while connecting on 76.5 percent of his free throws (13-of-17). Millsaps bested Huntingdon, 96-88 on Friday and LaGrange, 99-85 on Saturday.
  • Malachi Dooley | Oglethorpe | SR | Mt. Airy, GA – Oglethorpe senior guard Malachi Dooley put up stellar numbers in two road games this week, leading the Stormy Petrels to a 1-1 record. Friday's first game featured 16 points and five assists from the Mt. Airy, Georgia, native, as the Petrels picked up the win, and he followed that with 26 points, eight rebounds and five assists in a close loss on Sunday. Sunday's game saw Dooley finish two points shy of his career high.
  • Jackson Huxtable | Rhodes | SR | Sydney, Australia – Jackson Huxtable delivered one of the strongest two-game stretches of the season for Rhodes, opening the week with 9 points, 8 rebounds, and 3 blocks in just 20 minutes during a dominant win over Principia before erupting for a career-best 37 points in a 98–89 victory over Blackburn. In that second game, he showcased elite efficiency, shooting 11-for-18 from the field, 6-for-10 from three, and 9-for-12 at the line while adding 7 rebounds, 4 steals, 2 assists, and a block in 39 minutes. His ability to control the game on both ends—combining interior defense, rebounding, scoring versatility, and high-minute production—was instrumental in Rhodes’ 2–0 weekend and 4-0 season start.
