Singles:
Henry Hyden | Sewanee | JR | Daniel Island, SC – Henry Hyden went 2-0 on the weekend at line two singles for the Tigers. He defeated Dethridge of Centre 6-3, 6-2 and defeated Anderson of DePauw 6-4, 6-0, helping the team to two wins on the weekend.
Doubles:
Joseph Snyman | SR / Christo Langford | SO (Southwestern) - Joseph Snyman and Christo Langford delivered a flawless performance at the top of the lineup, earning a 3-0 record at Line 1 doubles to lead Southwestern through an undefeated week of competition in Florida. The duo set the tone in each match, opening with a strong 6-3 victory over Vassar before following up with a 6-4 win against Trinity College. They capped off the week in dominant fashion, securing a 6-2 decision over Coe College. Their consistency and command on court played a pivotal role in the Pirates’ 3-0 team record, providing crucial momentum in doubles play and positioning Southwestern for success throughout the week.

Singles:
- Kellen Simmons | Oglethorpe | SO | Atlanta, GA – Oglethorpe sophomore Kellen Simmons upset the 12th-ranked individual in the nation this week in helping the Stormy Petrels play a close match against No. 8 Emory. He began the match with a doubles win that helped earn the doubles point. Then he picked up a solid singles win at the No. 1 spot, defeating No. 12 Dean Kamenev of Emory in straight sets. Simmons played another midweek match the day before, dropping his result to Covenant's top individual at the top spot.
- Arian Patel | Southwestern | FR | San Antonio, TX – Freshman Arian Patel went 2–0 at No. 6 singles, helping lead the Pirates to an undefeated week in Florida. He clinched the match against Vassar with a gritty 6–4, 4–6, 10–7 victory and followed with a 6–4, 6–4 win over Coe College, showcasing composure in key moments and consistent play that proved vital to the Pirates’ success.
Doubles:
- Jake Chapman / Aiden Benoualid (Berry) - The doubles pairing of Jake Chapman and Aiden Benoualid went 2-0 on the weekend as they took down Emory 6-4 and Covenant 6-3. The doubles point was very important in defeating Covenant 4-3 after falling to Emory 7-0.
- Jefferson Page | SR / Sam Wasko | SR (Oglethorpe) - Oglethorpe No. 1 doubles pair Jefferson Page and Sam Wasko swept the week with a pair of wins on the first doubles court. The pair started with a win over Covenant, then followed a day later clinching the doubles point against No. 8 Emory. In the latter match, Page/Wasko erased an early 3-0 hole and even fought back from a 5-4 deficit to win their match.
- Andre-Remi Jakobi / Samuel Schroerlucke (Sewanee) - Andre-Remi Jakobi and Samuel Schroerlucke went 2-0 on the weekend at line one doubles, defeating Bush/Dethridge of Centre 6-2, and defeating Buelte/Cramer of DePauw 6-3, helping the team to two doubles sweeps and two team wins on the weekend.
- Aashish Dhanani | SR / Conor Kaczmarczyk | SR (Trinity) - Dhanani and Kaczmarczyk went 2-0 in line three doubles last week as the #14 Trinity men’s tennis team lost all three matches against three ranked teams at the Stag-Hen Invitational. The Tigers lost 6-1 to #1 Claremont, 4-2 against #6 Johns Hopkins, and were edged 4-3 by #16 Pomona-Pitzer. Dhanani and Kaczmarczyk opened their weekend with a 6-2 win over Claremont to earn Trinity a doubles split, though the Tigers did lose the doubles point. The Trinity duo picked up a 6-2 win to start doubles later in the day against Johns Hopkins, which resulted in the Tigers picking up the doubles point. Against Pomona, Dhanani and Kaczmarczyk were trailing 5-6 when the doubles point was clinched but their match remained unfinished. The Tiger duo is 7-2 as a team this season having won three straight matches.
