CANTON, Ga. – Centre, currently ranked No. 13 in the nation, was the lone SAA team in action last week and cruised to a victory at the Wittenberg hosted Jeff Roope Invitational. The Colonels were 28-over at the event, beating runner-up Denison by 11 strokes. Anika Rana won the event while Grace Walker was second. Janie Morgan tied for third.

Anika Rana | Centre | Senior | Duncan, S.C. - Claimed medalist honors at the Wittenberg hosted Jeff Roope Invitational. The senior turned in two rounds of 73 to finish two-over and beat the field by three strokes. After her opening 18-holes, Rana was the top performing athlete in both total pars and par-4 play, averaging 4.1 par-4s a round and possessing 15 total pars.
