CANTON, Ga. – SAA swimming & diving is in full swing with four teams in action to close out October. In Conway, the Warriors hosted their 60
th annual Hendrix Relays and 55
th Annual Classic. Millsaps came up short against Centenary and Sewanee fell to Sewanee. Centre visited Wabash for a double dual, falling to the host Little Giants and beating Albion.

SWIMMER:
Andrew Olsen | Sewanee | First Year | Atlanta, Ga. - posted two top SAA times this weekend. In the 200 freestyle, he recorded a 1:45.86, ranking second in the conference and placing in the top 10 in Sewanee’s program history. He also swam a 47.70 in the 100 freestyle, currently the best in the SAA. Olsen led off the 200 freestyle relay with a 22.24 split and anchored the 200 medley relay with a 21.46 freestyle leg.
DIVER:
Rowan Fitzsimmons | Centre | Sophomore | Chattanooga, Tenn. - won the one-meter dive in a meet with Wabash and Albion, with a score of 303. His mark earned an NCAA regional diving cut to go along with another NCAA cut in the three-meter dive.
Notable Performance:
- Elliott Allen (Sewanee) - competed in six dives against Emory, scoring 92.85 points.
- Brady Miller (Centre) - remained undefeated in the 1000 as he won yet another 1000 freestyle (9:53.88) race in a double dual with Wabash and Albion. He has now won that event four-straight times, making him undefeated this season, and set the Centre record for it twice. The freshman also won his second-straight 500 freestyle race thanks to a 4:47.85 time.
