Offensive:
Grant Bizjack | Millsaps | FR | Trophy Club, TX – Millsaps football freshman quarterback Grant Bizjack posted another strong performance, keeping the Majors close at No. 17 NPI-ranked Trinity University on Saturday. He completed 16 of 27 passes for 196 yards and one touchdown while also rushing for a career-best and game-high 110 yards on 16 carries.
Defensive:
TJ Scannell | Trinity | SR | San Antonio, TX – Scannell led the #22/23 Trinity football team in a 42-24 Southern Athletic Association win over Millsaps College (MS) on Saturday afternoon, closing out the regular season home schedule and celebrating Senior Day with one of his best career games. Scannell finished with 15 tackles that included 2.5 tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks. Both of his sacks came on third-down plays that forced Millsaps to punt.
Special Teams:
Parker Moeller | Trinity | FR | Spring Branch, TX – Moeller led the #22/23 Trinity University football team to a convincing 42-24 win over Millsaps College (MS) to close out the regular season home schedule. Moeller blocked two punts against the Majors, which resulted in two touchdowns on the ensuing drives by the Tiger offense. His first block came to start the second quarter and Trinity promptly tied the game 7-7. Moeller then blocked a punt at the end of the second drive in the third quarter, resulting another score and a 35-10 lead for the Tigers. He also recorded seven tackles, a pass breakup, and forced a fumble that also led to a Trinity touchdown.

Offense
- Colby Sikes | Berry | SR | Dacula, GA – A senior running back from Dacula, GA Sikes led the Vikings offense to a 36-7 win over Maryville to clinch the SAA Championship and secure a bid in the NCAA Tournament. Sikes rushed for 78 yards on 7 carries including a 59 yard touchdown. He also caught three balls for 15 yards for a total of 93 yards on the day.
- Blake Busson | Centre | SR | Lexington, KY – For the second consecutive game, Blake Busson finished with over 100 yards receiving on over 20 yards per catch as Centre defeated Sewanee 28-0. Busson was the primary target for the Centre passing game as he finished with 142 yards on seven catches for a touchdown. During the game, Busson became Centre's career leader in receiving yards as he now has 2,478, breaking Jordan Gunter's previous record of 2,403.
- Graydon Thompson | Southwestern | JR | Dallas, TX – Thompson had another dominant receiving day following up his program record breaking weekend last week with his 10th touchdown. This week, Graydon collected seven catches for 156 yards. The junior surpassed 900 yards receiving on the year looking to become the first pirate to hit 1,000 yards in a season next week.
- Johnny Milo | Trinity | SR | The Woodlands, TX – Milo led #22/23 Trinity University to a 42-24 Southern Athletic Association victory over Millsaps College (MS) on Saturday afternoon, closing out the regular season home schedule and celebrating Senior Day in style. Milo broke out for 95 yards rushing and two touchdowns on just nine carries, breaking several tackles along the way. He scored a 45-yard touchdown to give Trinity a 14-7 lead that the team would not relinquish. Milo also had a one-yard score late in the third quarter to essentially put the game away with a 35-10 lead.
Defense
- Michael Clark | Berry | SR | McDonough, GA – A senior DL from McDonough, GA Clark led a Vikings defense that allowed just seven points as they rolled past Maryville 36-7 to win the SAA Championship. Clark had three tackles, one for a loss and half a sack as the Vikings shut down one of the best offenses in the country holding them to 229 yards of total offense and one score.
- Brennan Bareswilt | Centre | SR | Cincinnati, OH – Brennan Bareswilt had a monster game for the Centre defense to help record the Colonels' first shutout in five seasons. In Centre's 28-0 win at Sewanee, the senior outside linebacker finished with six tackles and three tackles for loss. In a notable series, Bareswilt recorded a tackle for loss and an interception on consecutive plays to turn away the Tigers.
- Peyton Depolitte | Millsaps | FR | Metairie, LA – Millsaps football freshman defensive back Peyton Depolitte was stellar in a hard-fought loss at No. 17-ranked Trinity University on Saturday. He led the Majors with 11 total tackles.
- Jameer Martin | Southwestern | JR | Cleveland, TX – Martin had another stellar weekend leading the Pirates in tackles in a massive 35-22 victory over Rhodes College to get back in the win column. Martin totaled 12 tackles for his third double-digit tackle performance.
Special Teams
- Trey Richards | Berry | SR | Cumming, GA – A senior kicker from Cumming, GA Richards helped lead the Vikings special teams in a 36-7 win over Maryville to win the SAA Championship and clinch and NCAA Tournament bid. Richards had six kickoffs for 382 yards for an average of 63.7 yards and two touchbacks. Richards was also 4-for-4 on extra point attempts in the win.
- Cree Ross | Centre | JR | Panama City, FL – In Centre's 28-0 victory over Sewanee on Saturday, Cree Ross took the opening kickoff of the second half and ran it back 98 yards for a touchdown to give the Colonels a three-score lead. This was Ross's third kickoff return touchdown of the season, which set a new Centre single season program record and leads the nation going into the final week of the regular season.
- Connor Babin | Millsaps | SO | Fulshear, TX – Millsaps football sophomore kicker Connor Babin tallied another strong effort in a hard-fought loss at No. 17-ranked Trinity University on Saturday. Babin successfully converted all three of his PAT attempts and made a field goal from 44 yards. He added five kickoffs totaling 320 yards (64.0-yard average). His 44-yard field-goal make tied him for fifth-longest in program history.
