ATLANTA—The final two games of the Oglethorpe men's lacrosse team's season will be forfeited, announced Oglethorpe's athletics department Monday evening. The decision was made with the long-term health of the program in mind.

The Stormy Petrels were scheduled to travel to Southwestern and Rhodes to finish out the regular season. Now, the team will turn its full attention to next year, beginning with a national search for the program's next permanent head coach.
