Cam Welsh | Berry | JR | Spring Garden, AL - A junior from Spring Garden, AL Welsh helped lead the Vikings to a win over Southwestern as he threw a complete game shutout pitching 7 innings allowing just two hits while striking out six.
Athlete:
Tanaka Mukono | Berry - Tanaka was automatic at the plate with 8 total hits, 8 total runs scored, 7 total RBI, and 3 extra base hits, including a grand slam over the course of his three games this past weekend against Southwestern. Mukono's best game of the three-game sweep of the Pirates was game two, where he punched through 5 hits to go along with 5 RBI and 3 runs scored, as well as the game-breaking grand slam in the top of the fifth inning, which propelled the Vikings to never look back in a 21-5 victory.

- Jackson Devey | Millsaps | FR | Lafayette, LA - Millsaps baseball freshman right-handed pitcher Jackson Devey helped the Majors secure a series win over No. 14 Centre with a strong start in Game Three on Saturday. Devey tossed 5.0 scoreless innings, while surrendering just one walk and four hits. He struck out three Colonels to aid Millsaps to a 7-6 win in 10 innings.
- Micah Knox | Oglethorpe | FR | Powder Springs, GA - Oglethorpe freshman Micah Knox delivered in a big way this weekend against 17th-ranked Trinity, helping the Stormy Petrels even the series they would go on to win with an outstanding start in game two. Knox scattered eight hits and two runs across 6.1 innings, striking out a career high six while walking none. His only runs came on a double in the fifth and a wild pitch in the seventh. Oglethorpe led 3-1 in the fifth before pulling away with a four-run fifth. Knox's winning decision was the first of his career.
- David Albert | Rhodes | FR | Brookhaven, GA - Albert delivered a dominant performance on the mound in Game 1 against Sewanee, helping lead Rhodes to a key win and series victory. Albert threw 7 strong innings, allowing just one run on six hits while striking out four and not issuing a single walk. His command and efficiency kept Sewanee’s offense in check throughout the outing, setting the tone for the weekend.
- Will Hellings | Trinity | SR | Summit, NJ - Hellings earned a save in #17 Trinity's win to open up the weekend series at Oglethorpe, and the Tigers finished 1-2 against the Petrels. Hellings pitched the final 5.0 innings of a 7-4 victory, allowing one run on two hits, while striking out five batters for his first save of the season.

- Ben Prather | Centre | SR | Lexington, KY - All-American Ben Prather had a monster weekend for Centre in the Colonels' series at Millsaps. Prather hit .357 for the week, with every one of his hits going for extra bases, as he finished with two doubles and three home runs. Two of his homers came in Centre's 9-4 win over the Majors on Friday night. For the weekend, Prather led the Colonels with five RBIs and five runs scored.
- Wesley Grant | Millsaps | JR | Savannah, TX - Millsaps baseball junior center fielder Wesley Grant posted a strong week, powering the Majors to a win over No. 8 Belhaven and a series win against No. 14 Centre. Grant posted a .450 on-base percentage and .529 slugging percentage, with three of six hits going for doubles. He scored seven runs, tallied an RBI, walked three times, stole three bases, and executed a sacrifice bunt. Grant's third double of the week brought home the game-tying run home from first base, with two outs in ninth to Game Three at 6-6. The Majors went on to top the Colonels in the 10th to finish with a 3-1 week.
- Nick Morgan | Oglethorpe | SO | Cumming, GA - Oglethorpe sophomore Nick Morgan put an exclamation point on an outstanding week when he delivered a walk-off single in the bottom of the ninth of the rubber game against 17th-ranked Trinity. The Stormy Petrels trailed 10-9 with two out and Morgan was down to his last strike on an 0-2 count when he smacked a single to center field that scored the tying run from third and winning run from second, capping a comeback of a three-run deficit in the ninth and sending Oglethorpe to its second straight SAA series win. Morgan hit safely in all three games of the three-game set, including a three-hit game in game two and a two-hit, two-walk game in the rubber-game finale.
- Brad Larson | Rhodes | SO | Hilton Head, SC - Brad Larson delivered a standout week at the plate, leading Rhodes with a .500 batting average (6-for-12) while helping the Lynx secure a series win over Sewanee. Larson consistently created offense in multiple ways, scoring four runs, recording a double and a home run, and adding three stolen bases to put pressure on opposing defenses. He also drew three walks, contributing to an impressive .600 on-base percentage and .833 slugging percentage for a 1.433 OPS.
- Grant Anderson | Trinity | JR | Austin, TX - Anderson led #17 Trinity to a 1-2 record at Oglethorpe University this weekend, batting .615 (8-for-13) with three runs scored and three RBI, and also recorded three stolen bases. He finished the series by going 5-for-5 with two RBI, one run scored, and two steals.
