CANTON, Ga.  – Millsaps was the lone SAA school in action last week, competing in the Centenary-hosted Hal Sutton Invitational. The Majors sent three individuals to the event, played at the Golf Club at Stonebridge in Bossier City, Louisiana. Annie Piggott finished first, Abigail Cerwick tied for seventh, and Sophia Abasini tied for 24^th.

Athletes of the Week:
Annie Piggott | Millsaps | Senior | Lindsay, Ontario - won the Hal Sutton Invitational, successfully winning the event for the second consecutive season. Piggott finished plus-3 after two rounds of competition at the Golf Club at StoneBridge. She won in a playoff on the first hole with a par and carded an even 72 in Round Two.
