SAA Women’s Swimming & Diving Report – February 3, 2025

CANTON, Ga.  – Centre was the final team to close its regular season, hosting Asbury for senior day. The Colonels posted a convincing win over the Eagles, 233-55 before now turning their attention to the upcoming conference championship. The 2025 SAA Swimming & Diving Championship is set for February 12-15 at Centre’s Champion Hall in Danville, Kentucky.

Athletes of the Week:
SWIMMER: Cate Coartney | Centre | First Year | Crestwood, Ky. - won the 200 butterfly in 2:11.88 versus Asbury on Saturday. The time is the fastest in the SAA by nearly two seconds heading into the championship.
 
DIVER: Erin Dannemiller | Centre | Sophomore | Cincinnati, Ohio  - swept the diving events for the Colonel women versus Asbury with a 296.62 tally in the one-meter dive and a 191.77 score in the three-meter dive.
